About Natalie
Natalie Davis is the former Miss Minnesota 2011. She competed LIVE on ABC at the 2012 Miss America pageant, supporting Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) awareness as well as the Miss America Organization's national service platform, the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Natalie was recognized as a Miss Minnesota Quality of Life Award finalist, a Miss America Quality of Life Award finalist, and the Miss America Community Service award recipient for her dedication to these causes. Natalie now hosts and sings at numerous statewide events including professional sports games, Miss Minnesota preliminary competitions, and philanthropic events.
Natalie's passion for Autism Spectrum Disorder stems from her younger brother Trevor, who has Asperger’s Syndrome. During her year as Miss Minnesota, she acted as the official spokesperson for the Autism Society of Minnesota and also worked closely with Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton to educate political leaders about the impact of ASD on society. Even after her year as Miss Minnesota, Natalie remains passionate about this issue, and she continues to share her brother’s inspiring story with people everywhere.
Natalie recently graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Chemistry from St. Olaf College and currently attends St. Cloud State University, where she studies Mass Communications with an emphasis in TV broadcast. She works as a news anchor for UTVS, the university's award-winning television station. She also works as talent and production crew for a number of other UTVS shows. In addition, Natalie has been training vocally for twelve years and is an accomplished singer. She studied voice during her time at St. Olaf and also served as an officer and soprano for the St. Olaf Chapel Choir. Natalie hopes to pursue a successful career in both television and vocal performance. Listen to a demo of Natalie's singing.
In her free time, Natalie loves performing any chance she gets. Natalie enjoys working out, watching movies, and eating warm, gooey chocolate chip cookies. Most important to Natalie is spending time with her friends, family, and two dogs, Patches and Izzy.
