...wait...
Okay, I'm thinking that might be an oxymoron...but really: I hope your last weeks of summer are treating you well!
As many of you know, I have been MIA all summer. I spent the season in New Haven, Connecticut, working as a resident assistant and instructor for a high school enrichment program called Explo at Yale. It was a wonderful experience! I highly recommend it!
I taught Biomedical Ethics...
...and American Red Cross CPR/AED certification...
I also had the opportunity to go on some pretty cool weekend trips. I went on a Brooklyn Food
Tour, tried my hand at whitewater rafting, relaxed at the beach, and led a community service trip
at West Haven Community House with my buddy Eliza.
I ALSO saw my very first Broadway show, Chicago, with my Aunt Chris and boyfriend Alex.
The very next day (when I was back on duty with Explo students), I saw my second Broadway show,
Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark.
Talk about the best weekend ever!
(EEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!! Happiness!)
What can I say? It was a great summer with great people!
